Features:
Tap the keg.
Open the faucet until all the pressure is relieved.
Open the faucet and begin pumping until the desired flow rate reached.
Stop pumping, only pump with faucet open and only pump to maintain a good beer flow.
Repeat step #3 until keg is empty.
Kindly Reminder:
Draft systems require a whole lot of maintenance to make sure the beer is tasting great.
Lines left uncleaned are susceptible to build-up of crud which can harbor yeast and bacteria that can make your beer taste musty, buttery, or sour.
