operating procedure
1. Connect the electrode and remove the protective sleeve.
2. Wash the electrode of pH meter with distilled water first, and suck up the moisture attached to the electrode with filter paper.
3. Touch the "ON/OFF" key to turn on the power.
4. Insert the electrode of pH meter into the liquid to be measured until the electrode is immersed in the liquid about 4cm deep, and do not put the solution.
Immerse in the electrode connection.
5. Gently stir the solution until the value is stable, and read the stable display number.
6. Touch the "HOLD" key to keep the current measured value. If you need to re-measure, then re-measure
Press the "HOLD" key to release the holding state.
7. After use, press the "ON/OFF" key to turn off the power supply, wash the electrode with distilled water and put on the protective sleeve.
PH calibration
1. Immerse the pH electrode in a mixed phosphate standard buffer solution with a pH value of 6.86(25℃).
And shake it gently.
2. Adjust the calibration potentiometer with a small screwdriver until the displayed value and the standard buffer solution are at the solution temperature.
The pH value is consistent. Then wash the electrode of pH meter with distilled water and attach it to the electrode with filter paper.
And the surrounding water is sucked dry.
3. Insert the electrode into the standard buffer solution of potassium phosphate phthalate with pH4.01 or borax with pH9.18.
4. The displayed value is stable, and the displayed value should be within the allowable error range compared with the pH value of the buffer solution.
